    Warehouse Associate

    **Location** : Fairfield, CA

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

    **Compensation:** $24.00 per hour

    Position Summary

    We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our busy distribution center. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks throughout the day.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform comprehensive warehouse cleaning and organizational duties.

    + Maintain and refresh safety markings such as hazard zone paint lines (red/yellow striping), loading dock demarcations, and safety boundaries.

    + Sanitize and maintain all employee common spaces, including break areas and restroom facilities.

    + Address urgent cleaning situations and facility emergencies promptly.

    + Remove waste materials and maintain debris-free work areas.

    + Communicate supply needs and reorder requirements to supervisory staff.

    + Assist with additional facility projects as business needs require.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent certification.

    + Commitment to executing all responsibilities with attention to safety protocols and time management.

    + Demonstrated reliability and professional work ethic.

    + Previous experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance.

    + Familiarity with safety compliance standards.

    + Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.
