At GE Appliances, a Haier company, we come together to make “good things, for life.” We’re looking for a National Account Sales Manager to join our Air & Water Solutions Hospitality team. In this role, you will manage a territory of distributor and direct customers, leading growth initiatives, supporting customer programs, and driving sales expansion across product categories. Working closely with the inside sales team and cross-functional partners, you will deliver exceptional customer experience while executing a unified national account sales growth plan.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver on sales and margin goals.
+ Sell GE Appliances Air & Water products to assigned hospitality accounts.
+ Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand sales.
+ Develop customer initiatives, programs, and logistics strategies to support profitable growth.
+ Provide project quotes as needed to win new business.
+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements for customer contracts and purchase orders. Lead or coordinate product training and presentations that highlight GE Appliances’ value.
+ Track, analyze, and report sales metrics using reporting tools.
+ Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring trust and credibility with customers and colleagues.
+ Partner effectively with the Inside Sales team and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Travel required- 50%.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
+ Five (5) years of sales experience.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Demonstrated negotiation and organizational skills.
+ Ability to travel 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Industry sales experience with distributor and direct hospitality customers, or transferable experience managing national accounts in similar industries.
+ Experience with PTAC/VTAC and/or kitchen appliances sold to distributors or directly in the hospitality segment.
+ Experience developing and implementing complex sales initiatives and program plans.
+ Proven ability to build relationships with customers, leadership, and peers at all levels of an organization (from C-suite executives to field managers and sales teams).
+ Collaborative team orientation.
+ Persistence and resourcefulness in pursuing business opportunities.
