Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for ensuring that the Bank’s liens are perfected by reviewing and submitting documentation to the proper recording authority after loan closing, working under close supervision.

Essential Job Functions

+ Maintains daily record of all collateral documentation transactions.

+ Reviews collateral documentation for completeness and follows standard filing processes.

+ Generate electronic records through vendor websites and/or prepare and mail physical files to recording authority.

+ Coordinate with Loan Officers and Bank staff to correct errors in documentation and collect signatures necessary for processing.

+ Review the daily reports provided by the e-recording vendor(s) for accuracy.

+ Utilize the daily report provided by Loan Operations to generate electronic filings.

+ May provide support to resolve issues and facilitate completion of interrupted lien perfection processes; escalates issues when necessary.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

+ Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Basic Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, required.
