Club Pilates St. Augustine is looking for a dynamic Sales & Social Media Specialist to lead our studio’s growth through strategic sales initiatives, engaging content creation, and local business development. What You’ll Do 1 Sales & Revenue Growth * Partner with our Regional Manager to execute monthly sales strategies that drive membership growth * Coach and motivate our front desk sales team to exceed performance goals * Monitor KPIs and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven studio culture 2 Social Media Marketing * Create vibrant, on-brand content for our studio’s social media platforms * Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to expand our digital footprint * Execute in-studio marketing campaigns that excite and engage our community 3 Business Development * Build strategic partnerships with local organizations to boost brand awareness * Represent Club Pilates at community events and networking opportunities * Generate new membership leads through creative outreach and collaboration Who You Are * A natural leader with a creative spark and a results-driven mindset * Experienced in sales, social media, or marketing (bonus if you’ve done all three!) * Obsessed with building community and making meaningful connections * Comfortable being the face of a brand—online and in person Perks & Culture * Work in a high-energy, health-focused environment * Be part of a supportive team that celebrates growth and creativity * Opportunity to shape the studio’s voice and impact in the local market
