    **Job Summary:** As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing treatment services by clinical staff and assures that treatment modalities and service delivery systems match client needs and that client record documentation is thorough and complete. Responsible for the supervision of the clinical/counseling staff and assists with supervision of support staff. You will report to the Clinical Manager.

    Primary Tasks:

    Oversees the daily delivery of treatment services by clinical staff, assuring quality client care that is compliant with regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures and local, state and federal law.

     

    Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services provided by the program including clinical schedule and curriculum.

     

    Coordinates and leads Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team.

     

    Ensure quality client services by monitoring client record keeping system, conducting chart audits and chart reviews, peer observation and individual supervision.

     

    Assist Program Director with development, implementation and maintenance of program policies and procedures.

     

    Communicates with Program Director relevant program information and clinical needs.

     

    Provides direct therapeutic services to residents in the form of groups, individual therapy, ancillary therapies, education lectures, and psychological assessments, to meet their psychotherapeutic needs while in residential treatment.

     

    Coordinates staff training and development.

     

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

    + Certified or licensed counselor by the state of Oklahoma, i.e., CADC, LADC, LPC.

    + Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State and Local ordnance policies regarding therapeutic issues.

    3 years’ experience in a range of specialized interventions and treatment modalities. This includes individual, group, and/or family counseling or psychotherapy, case management interventions, diagnostic assessment and related interventions with substance abuse and mental health disorders (co-occurring treatment)
