JOB SUMMARY
As a **Senior Talent Product Consultant for Performance** , you will be at the forefront of transforming Highmark's approach to performance management. This isn't just about optimizing existing processes; it's about envisioning and building the _future_ of work at Highmark. You'll be part of a cross functional team leveraging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to create innovative performance management products that empower our team members and people leaders to drive high performance.
You will champion a shift from traditional performance management activities to strategic performance enablement, creating a culture of continuous growth, feedback, and development. Working closely with HR tech, HR talent partners, business, and communications teams, you will ensure our performance-focused products not only meet current needs but anticipate future workforce trends and challenges.
In this role, you will support the following:
+ **Operations:** Manage and oversee Highmark's annual performance reviews processes and systems, including performance evaluations, goal setting, check-ins, and anytime feedback.
+ **Product Vision:** Contribute to the overall vision and roadmap for Highmark's performance products and services, with a focus on integrating AI-powered solutions to enhance our team members’ experience and drive measurable business outcomes.
+ **Product Lifecycle Management:** Manage performance products from initial ideation and design to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
+ **AI-Driven Innovation:** Ensure that AI and machine learning solutions are embedded within our performance product portfolio.
+ **Reporting, Data Management & Analysis:** Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards and executive summaries to communicate key performance metrics and trends to leadership. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data management practices. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Foster collaboration to ensure adoption of performance products and solutions.
+ **Subject Matter Expertise:** Serve as a subject matter expert on performance management best practices, emerging technologies, and Highmark's product offerings, sharing knowledge across HR and the enterprise.
+ **Champion of Change:** Act as a catalyst for change, promoting the adoption of new technologies and methodologies across the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Perform research on projects and manage and lead projects to successfully meet business objectives. May manage all size projects (small, medium, large, enterprise).
+ Prepare detailed design specifications, coordinate and oversee implementation of new products and changes to existing products.
+ Identify needs to develop new and innovative products, perform appropriate research/analyses, and evaluate feasibility of the administration and implementation of product.
+ Monitor product performance and make product design changes where appropriate. Provide direction and guidance to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of specifications.
+ Provide business training on existing products as well as training on product changes. Provide subject matter expertise and consultation for product management.
+ Review all campaigns and initiatives and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
+ Provide Subject Matter Expertise consultation for product management.
+ Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION
Required
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Healthcare Administration or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Preferred
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ Master's Degree
EXPERIENCE
Required
+ 7 years of relevant, progressive experience in healthcare, health insurance, strategy, and/or product management and development
Preferred
+ 3+ years Human Resources experience
+ 3+ years in Project Management
+ Experience with Workday
+ Experience with GenAI/Machine Learning
+ Experience with reporting and data management and analysis

+ Advanced analytic skills consisting of business analysis experience
