TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. We are seeking a **Project Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The position involves defining project objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and committed to applying project management best practices throughout every phase.

The Role
+ Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
+ Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
+ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
+ Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
+ Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
+ Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
+ Other Duties - In addition to these, please note that additional duties, functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors, at any time, as deemed appropriate
+ Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings and status updates
+ Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests
+ Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and standards
+ Excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage time
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
+ Experience in Fiber, FTTP, Fiber to Premise and Build Out preferred
+ Familiarity with utility and telecommunications industry standards
+ PMP Certification a plus
+ Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
+ Functional knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
+ Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment
+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
+ Knowledge of underground utility installation processes and equipment
+ Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and decision-making abilities
+ Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
+ Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
