Job Details:

Job Summary

+ Responsible for the maintenance of the hemodialysis machines and water systems.

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of Bicarb delivery system, R/O water system, and hemodialysis machine.

+ Assists with receiving, storage and rotation of Dialysis supply inventory.

+ Maintains essential records for QC Monitoring.

+ Responsible for monitoring eye wash and refrigerator monitoring logs.

+ Assists with break down of Dialysis machines as needed.

+ Assists with patient transfers and weighing as needed.

+ Adheres to Infection Control practices in the Dialysis unit.

+ Adheres to patient confidentiality.

+ Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

+ EXPERIENCE

+ Prefer 1 yr hospital experience and / or 1 yr hemodialysis experience

+ EDUCATION

+ Minimum – High School diploma; preferred – 2 yr. College degree

+ LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

+ BLS Certification
