Are you Wilder's next mental health provider? Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come!

We have an opening for a full-time individual/family therapist position with Wilder's School Based Mental Health team. The opening is in our Sembrando program, this is a program which specially serves the Hispanic/Latine population. Sembrando is one of the only comprehensive school based programs of its kind, offering culturally relevant and linguistically matched individual and family therapy in a school setting. We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish), committed metal health professional or practitioner working toward licensure to join our growing team.

Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of mental health care, we collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. While we are set up to serve the entire community, we are known nationally for our culturally-specific mental health services. Join a team who brings their diverse identities, cultures, lived experiences and skills to provide mental health and wellness services that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and impactful for the whole family.

As a Mental Health Practitioner/Professional, you will provide individual and family mental health treatment in school, home, community, and virtual settings. You will also conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete progress notes. The job also includes partnering with the school mental health team to support the student in the school setting.
