    Job Description

    + Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

    + Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinic's patient base.

    + Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff.

    + Work closely with our leadership team on clinical goals, performance, and growth strategies.

    + Track, measure, evaluate, and report on progress towards achieving targets while adjusting strategy as needed.

    + Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with site team and leadership.

    + Ensure that all improvements and changes with patients are aligned with their overall rehabilitation expectations and goals.

    + Assist in the onboarding and orientation of all new clinical staff to ensure that quality standards are maintained.

    Qualifications

    + At least 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.

    + Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

    + Current state of Texas license or ability to obtain Texas license and CPR certification.

    + Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.

    + Possesses basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office.

    + Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, patient-focused clinical environment.
