    Job Details:

    Pay – $18hr

     

    Job Type – Part Time, Monday – Friday between 8am-4:30pm, & Some Saturdays 8am -Noon

     

    20-29 hours per week

     

    The Dubuque County Fair Association is seeking an office assistant to provide exceptional customer service, clerical support and event coordination. You will work closely with the General Manager and Office Manager on a variety of tasks with the Office Manager being the main point of contact.

    Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Answer Phones

    . Greet clients

    • Scheduling

    • General Data Entry and clerical work

    . Coordinate and conduct planning meetings with clients

    Experience:

    QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred. Customer service experience a plus. Understanding of accounting principles and General Ledgers a plus.
