• Operations Lead - IBCS

    Description

    SAIC is seeking an **Operations Lead** to support our Integrated Battle Command Systems (IBCS **)** team in **Huntsville, AL.**

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead IBCS Inc 2 operations across live operations, training, test events, and fielding.

    + Translate mission intent into executable plans, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation.

    + Serve as the primary interface with S3I and operational users.

    + Guide and mentor Field Support Representatives (FSRs) to ensure proper training and mission alignment.

    + Establish and enforce the operational battle rhythm, including reporting cadence and escalation protocols.

    + Develop and standardize CONOPS, TTPs, and SOPs to ensure continuity across missions.

    + Lead after-action reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.

    Qualifications

    Education Requirements:

    + Must possess a Bachelors degree and eighteen (18) years' experience; Six (6) additional years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle).

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must possess an active Secret security clearance; Top Secret security clearance eligibility preferred. US Citizenship required.

    Required Skills:

    + 10+ years of operational leadership experience, with background in planning, coordination, and mission execution.

    + Experience leading or supporting complex technical systems in operational environments.

    + Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to brief senior leaders and synchronize across stakeholders.
