This position requires an employee to be onsite at the DCT Headquarters at 3200 Labore Rd, Ste 104, Vadnais Heights, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our Facilities Program and Asset Management team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Property & Facilities Project Technician! As the Property & Facilities Project Technician, you will provide administrative and technical support services, customer service, accounting, real property management and project management services for DCT.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and provide support of Facilities Program and Asset Management team processes that include lease administration, real property management and/or land services, data collection, analysis and verification, data integration through the various databases for lease management and asset tracking and policy enforcement.
+ Assist project management team with coordinating furniture requests, furniture fit plans, and ordering furniture or equipment for DCT owned and leased facilities.
+ Provide facility program, real property and asset management services to DCT staff statewide.
+ Provide support to DCT staff involved in facility program management and asset management.
Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year experience in Space Design using AutoCAD, Chief Architect or Revit.
One (1) year experience in Real Property, Contract and/or Lease management experience demonstrating:
+ Experience working in commercial or residential leasing
+ Experience working with and interpreting state statutes, rules and policies.
+ Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Teams.
+ Experience writing clear and concise reports, leases, and correspondence
+ Data entry/database management skills sufficient to accurately enter data, maintain database, and effectively retrieve information
+ Strong communications skills to work effectively with agency customers, the public, and vendors verbally and through e-mail and other written correspondence
+ Customer service skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective working relationships, communicate courteously with, and meet and assist customers in person, on the phone, and through e-mail and other written correspondence
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate’s degree or Higher in Administrative Support or Real Estate
