You will be the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Sr Manager for the Lufkin Operations team\. Our team is responsible for executing all production and development programs across the Lufkin Operations portfolio\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Sr Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of production and development programs, serving as the primary point of contact for internal customers, and negotiating and executing schedules, recovery plans, and financial targets\.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Leading the execution of production and development programs across the Lufkin Operations portfolio
+ Negotiating and executing schedules, recovery plans, and financial targets for all programs
+ Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals are met
+ Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
+ Serving as a senior functional leader for Product Leads and assigned Production Operations Managers

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 10\+ years manufacturing or related program/project management experience
Experience leading large teams and/or projects \(1\.0\+Mil budget\)
Demonstrated ability to work across functional lines to drive positive business results
Ability to interpret key financial performance metrics
Advanced team building and communication skills
Experience developing and implementing Corrective Action and/or Yield Improvement initiatives
MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance\.
Desired Skills:
Electronic and/or Aerospace and Defense manufacturing experience\.
Familiarity with SAP/APRISO MES and QMS systems
Capacity and Capital planning experience
Familiar with EVMS tools
Experience developing ramp to rate and new start proposals
Experience leading affordability and producibility improvement activities
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
