    SIMOS Insourcing Solutions is immediately hiring Warehouse Yard Drivers in Jacksonville, FL. Join a great team environment with weekly pay and great benefits! CDL is not required, but a minimum of 1 year Yard Jockey experience is required.

    Shift Information:

    + Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM (or until work is complete).

    Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

    Duties:

    + Move materials from the corporate warehouse and ensure they are properly positioned for loading/unloading

    + Maintain accurate records of all yard movements, including shipments, stock levels, and asset locations

    + Handle loading and unloading of pallets using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift)

    + Maintain a clean and organized yard

    + Clearly communicate trailer moves and numbers with warehouse team and management

    + Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company

    + Work outdoors in all weather conditions

    Position Requirements:

    + Minimum 1 year Yard Jockey experience required

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Effective communication skills with team members and management

    + Abides by company safety rules

    + Follows safety rules for Forklift operation

    + Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.

    + Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic

    + Zero tolerance for cell phones on the floor

    + Non-climate control building

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
