Position Details:

+ **Full-Time – Early Day Shift Hours: Mon -Fri** **_(4am-12:30pm)_** with a weekend rotation just once every 3 weeks ( _Enjoy time off during the week to balance your personal life_ )

+ **Paid On-Call** : You’ll be compensated for 4 weekends a year, even if you’re not called in, with premium pay if you are

+ Phlebotomy Position

+ **_Inpatient phlebotomy lab collections_** _: Collecting blood samples from patients currently admitted to the hospital_

+ **Earn More** : Additional shift differential pay given when working required once per weekend shifts and 1 holiday per year

Experience:

+ **2 years of Phlebotomy experience (highly preferred)**

+ **Experienced expert with blood draw**

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs non-blood and blood specimen collection, specimen handling/routine processing and clerical duties associated with specimen collection.

Responsibilities

+ Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.

+ Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.

+ Interacts with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments.
