    • **3rd** **Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    • **Schedule:** PRN | Occasional Weekends | No On-Call

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt | Onsite

    Role Overview

     

    As a **Clinical Laboratory Scientist I** , you’ll perform essential diagnostic testing to support high-quality patient care. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accuracy, compliance, and reliability in moderate to high complexity laboratory testing.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform diagnostic testing and quality controls

    + Prepare reagents and report results per policy and procedure

    + Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing

    + Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications

    + Maintain lab equipment and supplies

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • **Certification & Licensure**

    + **Required:** Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

    • **Education**

    + **Required:** Associate’s in Medical Technology or related field

    + **Preferred:** Bachelor’s in a related field

    • **Experience**

    + **Required:** Clinical laboratory experience

    + **Minimum:** 4 months of experience in area of specialization
