    Job Descriptions:

    Continuing Healthcare Solutions has an exciting opportunity for experienced LPNs or RNs with at least 6 months of experience who are willing to float between our Youngstown area locations. This position looks for flexibility and a Candidate to rotate between multiple locations each month: Continuing Healthcare of Boardman, Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon, Continuing Healthcare at The Ridge, The Suites at Continuing Healthcare of Niles, and Continuing Healthcare of Niles. For your flexibility and willingness to travel we will be offering a higher hourly rate.

     

    Requirements for this position include; a minimum of 4 shifts per month at, at least 2 different buildings. One of those shifts must be a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). At least 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday is required (pending facility availability).

    Required Experience:

    Must possess an Ohio State LPN or RN license (or comparable) that allows you to work within the state of Ohio. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a LPN or RN role (preferably within a long-term care setting).
