Our client, a leader in the electrical and industrial products industry, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting sales operations and client engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sales and Marketing Specialist

**Shift:** 8:00am-5:00pm EST

What's the Job?

+ Support customer accounts by inputting new orders and providing product quotations using internal software tools.

+ Handle inquiries via phone and email regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and shipping documentation.

+ Communicate customer requirements and updates effectively to the operations team to ensure timely delivery.

+ Manage sales cases daily within the Salesforce platform, ensuring accurate and prompt updates.

+ Collaborate across departments to address production issues, shipping delays, and market demands, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

+ At least two years of inside sales and marketing experience.

+ Experience interpreting electrical plans and contract documents.

+ Excellent customer communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
