Our client, a leader in security and technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Security System Administrator to join their team. As a Security System Administrator, you will be part of the Security Operations Department supporting the Corporate Security and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Security System Administrator

What's the Job?

+ Manage the rollout of Video Management System (VMS) installations across various sites

+ Coordinate with clients and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve security system issues

+ Conduct daily audits to ensure all cameras and recording devices are functioning properly

+ Maintain and repair VMS and cloud-based security systems, including firmware upgrades and service requests

+ Work closely with IT teams to address network-related issues affecting security systems

What's Needed?

+ Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) and security system administration

+ Knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work onsite at multiple locations in Nashville, TN

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States; visas accepted are H1B, PR, and Green Card holders
