Our client, a leader in government and technology services, is seeking an Oracle HCM PaaS Developer to join their team. As an Oracle HCM PaaS Developer, you will be part of the IT Solutions Department supporting system integration and cloud-based HR solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Oracle HCM PaaS Developer

**Location:** Remote

What's the Job?

+ Provide consultative business and system integration services to support client implementations.

+ Translate customer needs into effective business and technology solutions.

+ Design, develop, document, and test integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.

+ Develop integrations using Oracle HCM extracts, BIP, and PaaS middleware tools such as OIC.

+ Utilize Oracle HCM APIs through Oracle Integration Cloud to create efficient data exchanges.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and related integration tools.

+ Proficiency in developing HCM extracts and utilizing Oracle APIs.

+ Strong understanding of middleware tools like Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

+ Ability to analyze and understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

+ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
