Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking multiple Service Associates to join their team. The Service Associate role involves cleaning, fueling, and preparing vehicles for testing, organizing the worksite, and ensuring vehicles meet regulatory and operational readiness standards . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Service Associate

**Location:** Foster City, CA

**Pay Range:** $27.50/hr

**Shift:** Day and Night shifts available

What’s the Job?

+ Maintain vehicle readiness by performing routine cleaning and fueling

+ Support logistics, including moving and organizing vehicles, parts, and equipment

+ Assist with pre-mission preparations including software launches and data collection

+ Perform light technical support (e.g., fluid checks, hardware swaps) under technician guidance

+ Ensure test site is clean, organized, and operational

What’s Needed?

+ 2–4 years of relevant work experience

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shifts

+ Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
