Our client is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join their team as **General Operators in New Madrid, MO** for a **seasonal manufacturing role** . If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to seed production operations, don’t wait… apply today!

What's in it for you?

+ Competitive pay starting at **$18.00/hour** for day shift.

+ **Night Shift Premium** : Earn an additional **$1.50/hour** for hours worked after 6:00 PM.

+ Rotating shifts: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts (schedule changes every 4 weeks).

+ Full-time availability required.

+ Paid orientation every Wednesday.

What will you be doing?

+ Label, bag, tag, and palletize seed.

+ Re-bag returned (backhaul) seed.

+ Inspect and clean seed pro boxes.

+ Maintain accurate seed inventory records.

+ Perform general warehousing, shipping, and maintenance duties.

What makes you a great fit?

+ **Education** : HS Diploma/GED.

+ **Experience** : Must have **recent** forklift experience.

+ Ability to lift/push/pull up to **60 lbs** and work indoors/outdoors on uneven surfaces.

+ Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak fluently).

+ Must pass a background check and drug screening.

+ Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

+ Must wear steel/composite-toe boots covering the ankle.
