Our client, a leading innovator in the food industry, is seeking a Research & Development Tech to join their team. As a Research & Development Tech, you will be part of the R&D department supporting product development and process optimization teams. The ideal candidate will have curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Research & Development Tech

**Pay Range:** $20 - $23 per hour

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

+ Conduct research including new product development and food formulation

+ Develop new and improved methods for food processing, quality control, and packaging

+ Support pilot plant activities and assist with production scale-ups and commercialization efforts

+ Address customer requests from conceptualization through troubleshooting and commercialization

+ Collaborate with culinary and subject matter experts to develop standards and optimize formulations

What's Needed?

+ Basic understanding of food science and processing techniques

+ Strong communication skills for technical and culinary presentations

+ Ability to troubleshoot and understand customer processes

+ Experience in research documentation and process improvement

+ Motivation to innovate and contribute to product excellence
