Our client, a leading global manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT support department, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **Field Service Engineer

What's the Job?

+ Support daily IT operations and provide exceptional customer support onsite.

+ Install, configure, support, and maintain hardware and operating system solutions.

+ Manage hardware orders and oversee asset management processes.

+ Perform basic backup tape operations and system backups.

+ Create and maintain system documentation, conduct testing, and facilitate training sessions.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with supporting Windows PC operating systems and related software updates.

+ Strong understanding of hardware installation and configuration processes.

+ Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with IT teams and clients.

+ Ability to monitor systems for potential issues and implement timely resolutions.

+ Knowledge of security policies and adherence to change management procedures.
