    Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical inclination, a commitment to quality, and the ability to learn quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associate

    **Location:** Weidman, MI

    **Pay Range:** $18.50 to $20 an hour - depending on shift

    Shift:

    1st shift - 6:30 am to 5 pm (Monday thru Thursday)

     

    3rd shift - 8 pm to 6:30 am (Sunday thru Wednesday)

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must have a high school diploma or GED and provide proof. REQUIRED

    + Ability to pass a background and drug screening as per client requirements.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have good attendance habits.

    + Willingness to work overtime.

    + Mechanical inclination

    + REQUIRED prior manufacturing experience

    + Press Brake Experience

    + Assembly experience

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform welding and assembly tasks with precision and care.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.

    + Operate various machines and tools, including buffing and grinding equipment.

    + Apply knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems as needed.

    + Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
