    Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic Enterprise Architecture function supporting a diverse and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Business Process Analyst

    **Location:** Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

    **Pay Range:** $60-63 Pay Rate W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Discover, document, and consolidate existing enterprise-scale business process artifacts.

    + Map processes to organizational units, technologies, and regions to support restructuring decisions.

    + Maintain and steward process artifacts through the restructuring period, ensuring continuity.

    + Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate process-technology-organization views.

    + Curate a portfolio of process models performing discovery, collation, and promotion activities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with Process Model Management

    + 5+ years of experience with process models performing discovery, collation, and promotion activities.

    + Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping

    + 5+ years of experience; Mapping processes to business and technical contexts such as business capabilities and applications.

    + Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation

    + 5+ years of experience to work with both senior business leaders and technical stakeholders.

    + Focus on alignment, listening, and understanding needs

    + Experience in a large environment with cross domain process mapping over 6K applications
