Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in large generator components, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication of critical parts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician

**Pay Range:** $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM;

Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM;

Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM;

Friday - Sunday 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

What's the Job?

+ Collaborate with teammates in a safe, climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators

+ Fabricate components by following blueprints and instructions accurately

+ Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards

+ Operate and adjust machinery to produce precise components

+ Utilize hand tools for tasks such as building, forming, bending, punching, grinding, cutting, brazing, buffing, and welding

What's Needed?

+ 2 years of consistent manufacturing experience

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings

+ Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Ability to lift and transport parts and components safely
