Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Groundskeeper & Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Groundskeeper & Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Groundskeeper & Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $16/hr , negotiable depending on experience

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, vehicles, and logistics equipment.

+ Maintain systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping.

+ Service company vehicles and forklifts, ensuring safety and operational readiness.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

+ Diagnose and repair diesel, electric, and LPG-powered equipment and vehicles.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required; college, vocational, or trade school preferred.

+ At least **3 years** of experience in facilities, grounds, and building maintenance.

+ Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

+ Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

+ Forklift operation experience; forklift certification preferred.
