    PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A

    FINANCE/CREDIT INTERN

    POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly

     

    WAGE SCALE: $20.00 - $21.00 / Hourly

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    + Assist with reviewing credit and collections processes, identifies areas of improvement, and makes recommendations for improving processes and procedures

    + Work with general ledger accounts

    + Monitors legal accounts, retention accounts, bad debt accounts, returned checks and credit card charge backs

    + Runs and analyzes reports to assist in the monitoring and collection of AR

    + Assists in the preparation of financial statements for PCBS and related subsidiaries

    + Track and uploads AR for newly acquired businesses

    + Assist with Maintaining credit limits on contracts and open accounts

    + Assists with daily treasury operations and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts when required

    + Heavy correspondence with customers, sales force, and locations

    + Various administrate responsibilities including but not limited to filing, union benefit reporting, audits and maintaining contractor’s licenses

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    + Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate with a Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting/Finance preferred

    + Excellent customer service and organizational skills

    + Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment

    + Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including Work, Excel and Outlook

    + Regular attendance is required
