    What You'll Do:

    + Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier service

    + Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling

    + Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling

    + Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels

    + Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management

    + Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance

    + Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.)

    + Participate in leadership meetings and lead effective team huddles

    + Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures

    + Additional responsibilities as assigned

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Open availability to support 24/7 operations (nights, weekends, holidays)

    + 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)

    + A proven history of exceptional customer service

    + Strong communication and leadership skills

    + Basic computer and POS system proficiency

    + Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

    + A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment

     

    This is a transitional position. Store Managers in Training are expected to move into a leadership role within the company after completing the training program.

    Physical Requirements:

    + While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.

    + Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.

    + Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
