    About the Role

    Are you passionate about precision, science, and keeping quality at its peak? Join our team as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, where your keen eye and analytical skills will help ensure our products meet the highest standards. From the lab bench to the production floor, you’ll be the guardian of quality in every batch.

    What You’ll Do

    + Pull and test samples at every stage: raw, in-process, and finished.

    + Label, log, and evaluate shelf life with accuracy.

    + Verify product labeling and code dates.

    + Conduct chemical and microbiological testing.

    + Perform sensory analysis (yes, tasting and smelling included!).

    + Complete plant audits and quality checklists.

    + Operate and calibrate lab equipment like titrators.

    + Keep the lab clean, organized, and well-stocked.

    + Communicate results clearly to management.

    + Maintain data in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

    + Support your team and take on additional tasks as needed.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

    + Experience with GMP, wet chemistry, and microbiological testing.

    + Strong attention to detail and time management.

    + Ability to read and follow SOPs.

    + Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing tasks.

    Work Environment

    Split your time between a cool, climate-controlled lab and the production floor. You’ll be hands-on with dairy products, performing swabs, temperature checks, and quality tests. We offer growth opportunities in R&D, Quality, Leadership, and Microbiology—plus excellent benefits.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.
