    Job Title: Construction Project Manager Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise all phases of construction projects.

    + Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel.

    + Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

    + Conduct field inspections to monitor progress and compliance.

    + Prepare estimates and track project costs accurately.

    + Review and approve project invoices.

    + Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in construction and fit outs.

    + Strong project management skills.

    + Proficiency in construction management and site supervision.

    + Experience in the retail and restaurant sectors.

    + Current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL).

    + 5+ years of commercial construction management experience.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + General Contracting License.

    + Experience with real estate projects.

    + Ability to work as an owner's representative.

    The role is based in our office at the North Reading location. It involves frequent visits to job sites to monitor and track construction projects.     This is a Permanent position based out of North Reading, Massachusetts.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in North Reading,MA.
