    Customer Service Representative – Automotive

     

    Compensation: $15hr + commission opportunities

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team in South OKC. This role is perfect for individuals with prior call center, sales, or dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers over the phone, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers

    + Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, warranties, and financing options

    + Actively follow up with leads to drive appointments and sales opportunities

    + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system

    + Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

    + Deliver professional and friendly service that builds customer trust and repeat business

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous call center, sales, or automotive dealership experience preferred

    + Excellent communication and active listening skills

    + Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets

    + Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally

    + Proficiency with computers and customer management tools
