Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position requires compliance with export control laws; therefore, candidates must be U.S. citizens or nationals, permanent residents, or individuals lawfully admitted as refugees or granted asylum. The role includes shift work from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00pm to 3:30am.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure data accuracy to maintain the functionality of tools and processes.

+ Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintaining fill rates, addressing operational issues, and communicating with vendors.

+ Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to assess inventory needs.

+ Execute various purchase orders, manage in-stock systems, and handle vendor-related reports.

Essential Skills

+ At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

+ Proficiency in business software, such as Excel.

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

+ Team-oriented with the capability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and Oracle (nice to have).

+ Knowledge of warehouse operations, cycle counts, forklift operation, inventory control, and shipping & receiving.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
