Job Title: Line Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will be an integral part of the line assembling and packaging food products. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle tasks with precision and dexterity. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Work on a line to assemble and package food products.

+ Ensure attention to detail and maintain hand dexterity.

+ Lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

+ Maintain cleanliness and safety by wearing hair nets, lab coats, and beard nets when applicable.

Essential Skills

+ General labor skills in packaging and production.

+ Experience in food production and warehouse packing.

+ Attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (45 degrees).

+ Ability to wear closed-toed shoes and adhere to dress code guidelines.

Work Environment

+ The work environment is clean and refrigerated, with temperatures around 45 degrees. Employees must dress appropriately in hoodies, pants, and closed-toed shoes. Safety and cleanliness are prioritized with lab coats, hair nets, beard nets, and gloves required. Personal items such as fake nails, piercings, and jewelry are not permitted.

$15/HR Starting

+ **$0.50 raise at 6 months and 1 year, yearly after that.**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
