We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with a rank of E-5 or higher plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Develops and implements supply chain strategies aligned to both Fleet policies and procedures and business unit objectives that benefit Dominion at the business unit and enterprise level. Leads business and process improvements in organization’s internal operations, supplier integrations, and optimization of customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to execute and develop organizational capabilities in teaming, analysis, negotiations and customer service. Develops and implements metrics to assess successful adherence to fleet policies and procedures as well as to supply chain processes. Captures and reports incentives offered by manufacturers and upfitters and reporting as Buy Smart Savings.
Researches, develops, and implements vehicle fleet policies and procedures, for Commuter, Assigned, and Pool vehicles. Work with business partners to establish a governance process to ensure adherence to established fleet policies and procedures. Knowledge and ability to collaborate with Safety Team. Uses industry data to identify best-practices and prepare recommendations for optimization of the current fleet as well as the fleet of the future. Supports business unit operating and capital budgets, developing replacement criteria for fleet vehicles and equipment. Administers, monitors, and evaluates electric vehicles (EVs) and other green fleet assets and works with cross functional team to establish and implement fleet criteria including enterprise green fleet/sustainability objectives. Monitors compliance with governmental rules and regulations to include DOT regulations and guidelines.
Serves as subject matter expert and leads in major negotiations. Coordinates upfits and installations with suppliers and manufacturers. Directs and oversees outsourced operations. Directs research into new technologies and trends, and recommends implementation of programs, standardization, new vehicles and equipment.
For this manager position experience on the procurement of services, materials, and fleet services and materials would be beneficial. Other Additional experience that would be beneficial:
+ With Asset Works or other Fleet Business Systems
+ With equipment maintenance of cars, trucks, off road equipment and utility based equipment
+ Knowledge of SAP/Requisitions Process
+ With light, medium, heavy duty, and off road equipment
+ Knowledge of specification creation and process
+ Ability to troubleshoot and advise on equipment and system issues
+ Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

12-15 years related experience.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
