Job Summary:
Reporting to the HSE Director, the Administrative Assistant will support goals and objectives for Petrochem's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) department with highly engaged administrative support for job sites and other business-related requirements.
Location
This position will be working from the Indiana Branch office in **Sellersburg, I** **ndiana** - 10 miles North of Louisville, KY.
Key Objectives include:
+ Represent Petrochem and AIS well in your interactions with Company employees and Customers. Display good character and professionalism in work relationships.
+ Provide support foroperations and HSE department projects.
+ Organize and complete a moderate to high volume of department responsibilities which are time sensitive.
+ Clearly and effectively communicate with a variety ofteam members in multiple departments to support HSE and other departments' needs.
+ Coordinate administrative efforts in union with Company and HSE department priorities, with the guidance of the HSE director.
+ Maintain transparent communication with HSE team, especially the Director, to ensure conformity to Client/regulatory/Company expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Administer fulfillment of medical requirements for employees, and act as DER to all clinics.
+ Provide HSE training support (e.g., assign and file trainings, assess training compliance).
+ Provide project support in a wide array of needs and responsibilities.
+ Administer fulfillment of SAP (Drug &Alcohol) program requirements.
+ Administer fulfillment of DOT requirements for CMV operators.
+ Consider and communicate ideas for continual process/quality improvement.

+ Ability to act independentlyand responsibly using available resources to complete assignments.
+ Good computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualification** **:
+ Fluent in both Spanish and English
