    Responsibilities

    The Maintenance Coordinator reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the property’s facilities functions.

     

    + Receives, manages, and processes work order requests

    + Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

    + Acts as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors

    + Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed

    + Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment

    + Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Minimum two years of related experience required

    + Strong customer service skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
