$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days).

Hours: Swing Shift with varying days and hours (late nights and early mornings). Regular SUNDAYS OFF, excluding occasional special events or as otherwise required due to business need.

Pay: $23- $25 per hour, based on education and experience (includes $1.50 mobile and $1.50 swing shift differentials).

Training: Paid Training Program will be approximately 10 – 12 weeks at our Beaumont location in Lexington (this time may not be consecutive).

Description: Seeking individual to drive bloodmobile throughout Kentucky, to transport employees and equipment to blood drive locations, perform basic medical screening, and draw blood from volunteer blood donors. Requires excellent customer service skills, high professional standards, and the ability to learn new skills quickly . Must work well with others and have a desire to work with the public.

Work Environment: This position is very physical and regularly involves the following:

+ Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds when loading and unloading, or restocking.

+ Carrying equipment up and down stairs.

+ Regularly setting up and breaking down equipment at various locations.

+ Travel by vehicle to/from blood drive sites.

+ Occasional work at donor centers.

+ Standing and walking for long periods of time.

+ Interacting with donors, and general customer service.

+ Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.

+ Entering and accessing information via computer or tablet device.

Requirements:

+ Minimum age of 25 years old.

+ High school diploma/equivalent. Related training and education is a plus.

+ Must have current CDL and safe driving record are required.

+ Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems.

+ Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
