Customer Success Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Norwalk, CT. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals through our solutions. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
Responsibilities
+ Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all post-sale activities.
+ Execute a structured customer success playbook, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance tracking, and proactive engagement strategies.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
+ Oversee and manage professional services contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
+ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
+ Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and deliver measurable results.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport.
+ Comfortable presenting to clients and leading strategic conversations.
+ A reasonable level of technical acumen; ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Industry experience in equipment, rental, or contractor services is a strong plus.
+ Bachelor's degree.
Work Environment
This role is based in a newly renovated office in Norwalk, CT, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. You will be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Norwalk, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
