The HVAC industry is booming, but there's a critical shortage of skilled technicians. You have the expertise to change that. Lincoln Tech is seeking an HVAC Curriculum Program Manager who will design and lead curriculum that transforms how we prepare the next generation of HVAC professionals.

This isn't just curriculum development - you'll be architecting an entire educational ecosystem. You'll work directly with industry partners to ensure our graduates meet real-world demands, train instructors across multiple campuses, and see your vision come to life in classrooms nationwide. Your decisions will directly impact thousands of students and help solve the industry's talent shortage.

What You'll Build:

+ Design cutting-edge HVAC curriculum that bridges classroom theory with industry reality

+ Develop and mentor instructors across Lincoln Tech's campus network

+ Partner with industry leaders to ensure our programs produce job-ready graduates

+ Participate in new program launches and expansion initiatives

+ Create hands-on learning experiences, labs, and assessment tools

+ Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into curriculum

+ Travel to campuses to ensure program quality and instructor effectiveness

+ Represent Lincoln Tech at industry conferences and professional associations

What We're Looking For:

+ HVAC technical expertise (residential and commercial systems) required

+ Teaching or training experience (formal classroom or on-the-job mentoring)

+ Passion for developing others and seeing them succeed

+ Strong communication skills - you'll present to executives and train instructors

+ Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on experience

+ Willingness to travel to campuses as needed

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems

Preferred:

+ Bachelor's degree in related field

+ 3+ years teaching or training experience

+ Leadership or supervisory background

+ Experience with Canvas LMS

+ Industry certifications or association involvement
