Job Description
The Position
The Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) and Field Alignments role involves crafting sales incentive plans, precisely aligning sales objectives, and implementing field alignment strategies for Organon’s Women’s Health and Fertility Business Units. This position requires both strategic partnership and operational execution, applying a profound understanding of business priorities. The ideal candidate should have experience in SIP strategies and a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to swiftly address business needs.
Responsibilities
+ Design, collaborate and align with leadership on SIPs that motivate teams to drive desired outcomes and behavior change. Key stakeholders for collaboration include, but are not limited to, Sales leadership, HR, Legal and Finance, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Business Unit Leader.
+ Lead and gain alignment with sales leadership on region/territory sales objective setting process.
+ Assess opportunities and implement changes to enhance efficiencies within the Organon SIP process.
+ Partner with the business to ensure executional excellence with implementing field alignment changes.
+ Manage third-party relationship with partner that provides SIP support.
+ Provide strategic support and facilitate approvals for Incentive Programs.
+ QCs/validates performance/SIP data as needed for bonus payouts.
+ Ability to analyze various data sets to identify trends, make recommendations, and troubleshoot issues
+ Administrator of territory planning platform.
+ Field point of contact for issue resolution related to related to SIP and territory alignment.
+ Collaborates with vendors to develop/maintain/execute training content for alignment/sales incentive-related input tools.
+ Demos Sales Compensation Report functionality to strategic stakeholders and answers questions about functionality.
+ Oversees structure/content of SIP documents within Sales Compensation Reporting platform.
+ Assists in development of Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
+ Education: BS/BA
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
+ Previous experience in sales incentive plan design, implementation and administration.
+ Strong technical skillset.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate, plan and execute.
+ Strategic thinking, business acumen, problem solving.
+ Ability to adapt to changing business needs and working in a fast passed environment.
Preferred Experience
+ Project management experience.
Extent of Travel: Up to 25%

Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Annualized Salary Range (US)
$125,400.00 - $213,100.00
