About the Role

As a SAP ISU Solution Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of SAP ISU solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our utility clients. You will be a valued member of the SAP Architecture team and work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP solutions.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the design and implementation of SAP ISU solutions for utility clients.

+ Supervise the integration of SAP IS Utilities to ensure seamless data exchange and system performance.

+ Guide SAP IS Utilities FICA to manage financial processes and enhance billing accuracy.

+ Implement and manage SAP IS Utilities Device Management to optimize tracking and maintenance of utility devices.

+ Develop strategies for SAP IS Utilities Billing and Invoicing to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Work model

Remote with travel – from the United States only

What you need to have to be considered

+ 15+ years of IT experience, including strong experience in SAP IS Utilities.

+ Expertise in SAP ISU modules including FICA, Device Management, and Billing and Invoicing and C4C.

+ Proficient in regulated and de-regulated market utility processes.

+ Experience in conducting system audits and performance reviews.

+ Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

These will help you stand out

+ Experience with SAP C4C (Sales and Services cloud version).

+ Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.

+ Knowledge of latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

+ Strong collaboration skills with multi-functional teams.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
