    Required Education/Experience

    + High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

    + Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

    Preferred Education/Experience

    + Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Demonstrated knowledge in an Agile Framework, Required.

    + Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, Required.

    + Experience in implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects Required.

    + Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies, Required.

    + Experience with APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk) Required.

    + Experience leading development teams, Required.

    + Experience developing Salesforce or CRM customizations, Preferred.

    + Experience creating technical architecture and technical requirements documentation for cloud/on-prem implementations, Preferred.

    + Experience in Energy Efficiency Industry and Programs, Preferred.

    + Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management, Preferred.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    + Other: Salesforce Solutions Architect Preferred

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred

    + Other: Agile Certification Preferred

    Additional Physical Demands

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
