Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow PMO to join our dynamic team at ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes, analyze performance metrics, and implement operational improvements that enhance sales productivity and partner engagement.
.Lead the end-to-end execution of sales operations initiatives, including partner enablement, tool rollouts, and process enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
. Assist in the design and operationalization of hyperscaler and channel partner programs. Support go-to-market alignment, partner onboarding, and performance tracking.
.Contribute to M&A integration efforts by analyzing sales data, mapping legacy processes, and supporting the alignment of systems and workflows across acquired entities.
Required Skills:
. 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or PMO roles, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
. Experience with partner ecosystems, GTM strategies, and sales enablement tools.
. Familiarity with M&A integration processes and change management.
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience working in or with hyperscaler and channel partner programs.
. PMP or similar project management certification.
. Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales operations tools.
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.#LI-SD1
