    Description: The assistant principal is visible, active, and involved in the daily operations of the school building. This individual works directly and collaboratively with the principal on ensuring that the physical plant is safe and secure, oversees the management of student discipline and attendance, manages daily building operations, and is responsive to student and staff needs while remaining highly visible and engaging in the school day.
