We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Administrative Assistant will report to the General Manager and work in our location branch.

     

    Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.

     

    As a core member of the team, you will be expected to support the administrative needs of the branch. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

    Responsibilities

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will...

     

    + Schedule appointments, arrange for conference calls and schedule meetings.

    + Ensure timely and proper handling and safeguarding of confidential, private or sensitive material.

    + Perform a variety of clerical duties.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

    + Minimum of two (2) years of office experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

    + Data entry experience in a wide variety of platforms

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

    + Proficient in use of office equipment, including faxes and copiers

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    Salary Range

     

    USD $20.00 - $22.00 / Hour
