You'll pioneer cutting-edge, mobile-first strategies within our CRM channels, driving growth and engagement specifically for TurboTax, and fostering crucial collaboration with the Credit Karma team.     What you'll bring

    + Extensive Mobile Marketing Expertise: 5-7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex mobile-first CRM marketing campaigns, with deep proficiency in in-app, push, and SMS channels. You have a proven ability to design, oversee, and optimize mobile campaigns to meet strategic business goals.

    + Data-Driven Acumen: A strong foundation in understanding and leveraging mobile-specific data to fuel CRM programs. You can orchestrate strategic campaigns and drive personalization through data extraction, analysis, and actionable insights, and collaborate effectively with IT and data teams.

    + Strategic Leadership: A proven track record as a strategic thinker capable of conceptualizing long-term visions, developing robust business cases, and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.

    + Mobile Marketing Authority: Expert knowledge of mobile marketing channels, including privacy implications, technical nuances, best practices, and effective leverage of mobile-specific data.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence: Demonstrable skill in influencing and partnering effectively across diverse teams, particularly in fostering collaboration between distinct brands like TurboTax and Credit Karma to achieve shared mobile marketing goals.

    + CRM and Business Strategy Development: Demonstrable skill in developing intricate business and CRM strategies, crafting engaging customer experiences and journeys across multiple mobile communication channels, and creating targeted content that solves specific customer challenges.

    + Exceptional Project Management and Communication: Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You have experience managing complex cross-functional mobile initiatives and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    + Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise-level mobile marketing cloud solutions, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRM tech stacks, with a strong understanding of how these integrate for mobile-first execution.

    How you will lead

    As the Senior Manager, Mobile Marketing Innovation, you will:

    + Define Mobile-First Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for mobile marketing innovation, specifically expanding TurboTax's reach and engagement through mobile channels.

    + Pioneer Mobile Capabilities: Lead the development and launch of advanced nurturing communications across mobile CRM channels (e.g., in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS), creating new engagement opportunities.

    + Drive Mobile Personalization: Chart TurboTax's mobile personalization roadmap, leveraging rich data to deliver hyper-relevant solutions and actions within mobile communications.

    + Architect Seamless Mobile Journeys: Design comprehensive mobile-first customer journeys by seamlessly integrating CRM strategies and personalization with product offerings to elevate user interactions across all mobile platforms.

    + Enhance Mobile Automation: Champion the improvement of mobile CRM's automation capabilities, identifying and implementing new technologies for real-time customer interactions, both in-product and out-of-product.

    + Shape Long-Term Mobile Vision: Articulate and champion a long-term vision for mobile channel growth and innovation, ensuring alignment with TurboTax’s overarching strategic goals and broader Intuit mobile initiatives.

    + Optimize Mobile CRM Tech Stack: Provide expert consultation on enhancing and expanding the existing CRM technology stack, specifically focusing on mobile capabilities to foster innovation, boost efficiency, and enable new business capabilities.

    + Manage Mobile as a Product: Define the solutions blueprint and functionality requirements to guide the development and integration of mobile CRM systems, treating mobile engagement as a core product.

    + Accelerate All CRM Channel Growth: Lead initiatives focused on improving customer health and engagement through mobile, while pioneering new mobile channel strategies for sustained CRM growth across all channels.

    + Lead Cross-Brand Collaboration (TurboTax & Credit Karma): Serve as the primary lead for fostering deep strategic alignment and collaboration with the Credit Karma team. This includes identifying shared customer segments, developing joint CRM strategies, optimizing customer flows between brands, and ensuring a cohesive end-to-end customer experience across the TurboTax and Credit Karma ecosystems.
