Tennant Company is seeking aSenior Graphic Design Production Specialistto join our Global Marketing Operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end production process for marketing design deliverables. As a key member of the Global Marketing Operations team, the Senior Graphic Design Production Specialist helps drive the efficient creation, versioning, and maintenance of high-quality visual assets that align with Tennant’s brand standards and global marketing strategies. This position supports the production of a wide variety of materials, including brochures, digital assets, web graphics, product imagery and advertisements designed to promote and elevate the Tennant brand across global markets.
The Senior Graphic Design Production Specialist plays a critical role in the success of Tennant’s visual marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is an experienced production expert with deep knowledge of design execution, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong track record of leading process improvements across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with project managers, content creators, business marketers, and product teams to deliver polished, accurate, and brand-consistent materials for both print and digital channels, with a focus on quality control, process efficiency, and global consistency.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own the production process for marketing design deliverables, ensuring all assets are produced on time, meet brand standards, and are delivered with the highest quality
+ Prepare and adapt materials for print and digital distribution, including brochures, spec sheets, web graphics, social media graphics, product imagery, banner displays, and campaign assets
+ Maintain and update existing materials to reflect product changes and regional customizations while ensuring global version control
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and produce marketing assets for global product launches, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across all channels
+ Identify and implement process improvements in template usage, file management, and workflow efficiency
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate creative direction into accurate, executable assets
+ Conduct proofreading and quality checks on all visual content to ensure consistency and error-free output
+ Ensure strict adherence to Tennant’s brand guidelines, file naming conventions, and organizational systems

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in graphic design production , with a strong emphasis on process ownership and execution
+ Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
+ Deep understanding of production best practices, layout, typography, and file prep for print and digital
+ Strong organization, attention to detail, and version control skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently
Bonus Skills
+ Motion graphics or animation experience
+ Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
+ Experience working on global brands or with multilingual/regionally adapted materials
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,400 - 107,400 Annualized
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
